Cancellation Policy

All complimentary sessions are provided as part of my role as an independent beauty consultant and may include product demonstrations. No fees are charged for complimentary consultations. Concierge experiences, makeup application, and beauty strategy sessions listed on this site are independent services offered through Executive Beauty Concierge. 📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To ensure every client receives the highest level of service, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service fee. Payments for concierge services are non-refundable, but with sufficient notice may be applied as a credit toward a future booking. Complimentary sessions: repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in limited booking availability. ✨ Thank you for respecting both your time and mine — it allows me to continue providing a true concierge experience for every client I serve.
